Terms of Service

By creating a workspace or using LagerFlow you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The operator is identified in our Imprint.

LagerFlow is a software-as-a-service product for field order-taking, merchant management, mobile ordering, inventory, and invoicing. Features available to your workspace depend on the plan you are on.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must not share an account with others or attempt to bypass plan limits.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

New workspaces include a 90-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans are billed per the pricing published on /pricing. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a billing period already started.

• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
• No attempt to break, probe, or overwhelm the service.
• No reverse-engineering or scraping of the application.
• No use to send unsolicited bulk communications.

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant LagerFlow a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may cause temporary unavailability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate significant disruption.

You may cancel your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, LagerFlow's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory statutory rights under German law (including for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health) remain unaffected.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is the registered seat of the operator stated in the Imprint, where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection venues remain unaffected.
